Not helpful when my husband needs critical and precise letters or forms for his work. He was already fired once because of the incompetance of the medical office assistants there and had to bend over backwards to get his job back. Now he is in the same position where he WILL loose his job, after 22 years, because he needs a letter from Dr. Plant, and her staff will not allow him in to see her.
