English is not his first language so he has a problem communicating. He was unable to respond to my situation in any way that was helpful besides knowing how to use his prescription pad. Even the way he was prescribing medications was questionable considering he started me on two medications at the same time rather than first seeing how I responded to a single medication on its own.

In my opinion Dr Oluwadairo is is a very fine Dr. I went to see him for my initial diagnosis.(bipolar disorder. Due to circumstance beyond either of our control, I ended up seeing a new Dr. The Dr was great, but I did not have a good report with my therepist. I tried for six months to develope one but it didn't work out. I asked for a change in therepist and was told this was not "clinic policy". I was discharged from the clinic. My family Dr found me a new Dr, took me off all of my bipolar meds (he told me to stop them all at once and this would not cause a problem as he would give me another med that would begin to work before the old ones were out of my system). About a month later I became very depressed and suicidal. I ended up being certified to a hospital for about a month. While there Dr Oluwadairo became my Dr. again. He was once again kind, considerate and helpful. I always felt like he listened, and I was treated with respect. He is a very busy Dr and always let me know when he would not be available He always had someone to cover. He put me back on mood-stablizers and set me up as an outpatient. I have nothing but positive things to say about this wonderful man. I feel fortunate to have him as my Dr.

Family member

Relative to other Psychiatrists that i've interacted with in Calgary with respect to the treatment of family, this specialist requires prompting from collaborating family in order to determine the core of the problem. Even then, the collaboration is not in the forefront nor encouraged given the closeness that family members interact with a patient. Further, the actions of the patient are normalized and not effectively resolved with clear cut boundaries.
