I cannot say one positive thing about Dr. Al-Ghamdi. My 9 year old daughter, my husband and myself had one meeting with her to evaluate my daughter for anxiety. The doctors was rude, had a terrible bed side manner and started an argument with my husband and I because we were not aware that we needed to register our daughter and bring her health card to the appointment. All this took place with my daughter sitting in the room. She was difficult to reach, did not provide us with the necessary information for the appointment, was dismissive and condescending. It was a horrible experience- one that we are still coming to terms with as a family. The Hospital for Sick Children Psychiatric department should be ashamed to have her affiliated with the anxiety program. What a colossal disappointment.
