This doctor has never been on time for the appointments. You will have to wait for your turn usually 40 - 50 minutes even when you are there on time for your appointment. His Secretary Denise is sooo rude and so unhelpful that she will clearly brush you off and will not provide any help for any information you ask for. She will give you a plain answer that she can not see the chart and therefore come and see Dr. Bariana again. She will not even tell you if she had made a request to specialist for an appointment or not. Maybe she never sent the referral to the specialist and that is why I did not receive a call from the specialist office after waiting for more than 3 weeks. This is not the first time. I have been waiting for appointments with the specialist for the last several months. I have seen Dr. Bariana twice for the above reason and still no luck. Her answer is if you have not heard from the specialist office then come and see Dr. Barina again. Why to see the Dr. again and again for the same referral for which he has already said that Denise will make an appointment with the specialist?? Whey can't she just do a follow up with the specialist office? It appears that Dr. Bariana has asked his secretary not to follow up on any appointments or referral requests. I would say that the secretary is more incompetent than the doctor. Maybe doctor is paying her the minimum pay and that is why she does not want to perform her job completely.

This Doctor has little to no training or background in use of his laser equipment. The equipment is randomly not working. His staff has admitted that the Doctor is far to cheap to pay for properly trained repairs, and owes money to trained repair technicians, so he hires whoever will come in. I ended up with burns, and believed him when he said that it was common. It was only after several trips that I realized that treatment wasn't working and I was left with burns that still show signs of scars. Do not trust this Doctor, he is cheap, and his only concern is taking your money. He even admitted to me over the phone that he had no training or certification to use the laser, which is why there isn't a certification on the wall of his office. BEWARE, this doctor is a fraud. He left the states to work in Canada due to poor business practices and what I believe legal problems. From what I've found he is also still trying to run a practice in Florida,where the laws are very lax, and he can stay hidden away and fronting a practice where he's out of reach for legal action from the states.

First time to have an appointment, when it's my turn, he already saw me inside the room and make me me wait again for half an hour it seems like nervous.

Always late Phone appointments are not honoured…left waiting hours for a call back. Feel bad for the receptionist who has to deal with angry patients because of his lack of respect for people’s health and time. He seems like a kind gentleman, but he seriously lacks respect for people’s time.
