i have been dealing with dr merchant for 7 years now. appointments are made and yet we still wait for approx an hour to get in. i mean, what's the point of even having an appointment? she seems very rushed in the appointments, and at times brushes things aside. i have been there with my wife and she never address my children's concerns to me, only focuses on the wife as if she is the sole decision maker. she is quite incompetent. i emailed her a few times and she has failed to respond. very bias towards the mothers and not overly comforting. i would strongly advise against her. unprofessional
