I consider myself well read and I keep abreast of current trends and new medical break through. The problem with living in a small town/city area is that most doctors are either semi-retired or just part-time, many do not keep up with the current treatments and medications, I often get more information form the drug store than the doctors - however, not Dr. Nagai one of the few doctors that really takes an interest, extremely well read and keeps up with every new drug and treatment available, this guy knows his stuff.

Dr. Nagai is very matter of fact way of discussing facts and findings. He is down to earth and easy to talk to. His knowledge of medicine is what one would expect in a specialist and he speaks his mind from a position of trust and knowledge.
