Dr. Hollins was the most condescending and arrogant healthcare professional that I have ever interacted with. I waited 6 months for this appointment, and he completely dismissed my medical concerns and essentially told me that I made up my symptoms... I have had persistent pain for the last year and he didn't seem to care and provided me with no therapeutic suggestions. I got my hopes up for this appointment but feel that it was a complete waste of time.

I believe some of these reviews are unfair. He recently did a surgery for me that I will not lie I was nervous about. He came in confident and strong with the knowledge and explanation of the procedure that made me feel at ease and comfortable. He did the surgery and it went very well. My nose is straight as a board and I can tell already my breathing will be improved. He came in post op to check up on me and was very cordial. If you need a skilled, professional ENT and surgeon hopefully you will get to meet Dr. Hollins. I believe that being a surgeon and a dr. in general are tough jobs and people should give the man a break, maybe he had a bad day.

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Hollins since 2019. We see him roughly 4 times a year and he never remembers my daughters case. I have to give a 5 year recap as he never reviews her chart before he see's her. From the moment we walked in at the first appointment, I felt a sense of arrogance that overshadowed any professional demeanor. Dr. Hollins seemed more interested in showcasing his knowledge than actually listening to our concerns. When it came time for the examination, the bedside manner was anything but comforting. My child was understandably nervous, but instead of providing reassurance, the doctor’s brusque attitude only added to the anxiety. There was little empathy or warmth, making it clear that working with children is not a strong suit. In addition, I felt dismissed when I tried to ask questions about my child’s health. The responses were curt and condescending, leaving me with more concerns than answers. It’s crucial for a physician, especially one who works with kids, to create a supportive environment, and this was sorely lacking. I would not recommend Dr. Hollins for anyone looking for a compassionate and approachable physician, especially for children. There are certainly better options out there which we have sought out.
