Always at least an hour behind appointment time, but he is very good at what he does and so he is in demand. Reception staff definitely leave much to be desired. Say things like "he's running late, why don't you go grab a coffee?" ... I have GI problems, coffee is almost never a good idea and the DR has instructed me to limit my intake of it. Both staff members seem to be distracted at best and need constant direction from the DR, further delaying him. I had/have stomach problems for years, with little help/respect from health professionals. Dr. Abdalian is respectful, nice and knowledgeable. He diagnosed correctly after lab work what other DR's couldn't in years.

Dr. Rupert Abdalian is one of the most intelligent, sensible, knowledgeable and medically competent doctors I have ever met. He listens to the concerns of his patients and addresses them promptly. In terms of medical insight and skill set, he is extremely insightful and skillful in his profession. Dr. Abdalian relates to all age groups on their level. I am extremely grateful to him for what he has done for me.

Amazing knowledge. good at what he does. honest. listens. lots of handouts. on time professional. nice counts too! I also have some concerns about the staff as they are not as professional. He could do with some mature and experienced staff in his office.

Hired irresponsible office secreatary, who was rarely responsive to patient's request for information. Office is unprofessional, poorly coordinated with patient. Office irgnores patient's request for biosy result, and patient's request to improve her condition ahead of colonoscopy exam. At times it was impossible to get response from the doctor in time of need. I am not sure it is because the doctor's secretary, or the doctor instructed her to not respond. But it is impossible for the doctor to not be aware of such behavior of his employee. Gave wrong instruction leading to patient having to go through colonoscopy twice.
