When my husband and I expressed concerned about mercury in vaccines, Dr. Nasreen called the London Health Unit herself and then called us back at home to let us know that all mandatory vaccines from the LHU are free of mercury. It was so reassuring to hear it coming from her personally. In addition, she never made us wait when we had an appointment--always punctual and very respectful; she never dismissed any of our questions or concerns and answered all inquiries by looking us straight in the eyes and by providing medical information clearly. She assumes that we are reasonably intelligent and that we will understand the medical implications because she doesn’t attempt to "dumb it down" or “dress it up”. I have met several doctors who think their job is to manage neurotic parents’ concerns, but she’s not like that at all. She is a caring, knowledgeable professional who seems genuinely interested in our infants’ well-being, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a pediatrician for his/her child.
