Dr Bull has never been forthcoming with me regarding my daughters health. Dr Bull stated that he did not have to inform me of the state of my daughters health. Dr Bull refused to communicate with me any further. Dr Bull does not follow any court orders which allow the other parent the right to be informed of daughter's health. Sure glad he's retired now.
