Dr Chale has been my doctor for 8 years. He understands me and offers wise advice when I need it. He is always there when I need him. He is very professional and well read. I only see him every 3 months. He put me on a excellent med regime right away and it helps me cope with my depression and hyperactivity.

Dr. Chale is an excellent psychiatrist. He is very intelligent and knowledgeable. Moreover, he has a great sense of humour and a kind demeanor. I'm surprised that someone has rated him poorly: I have been dealing with him for over a year and he is consistently helpful, punctual and a pleasure to deal with.

Extremely intelligent person - don't think I have crossed paths with anyone quite so quick-witted and astute my whole time in Kamloops. Excellent memory, which means one does not have to repeat anything, and so he is right up to speed and gets immediately on track. His recall ability is scarily impressive, actually, but is obviously a very helpful quality when dealing with so many patients. Will put you at ease, and really listens. Provides good advice, is kind, but does not pussyfoot around. Tells you not what you want to hear but what you need to hear. Even squeezed me in for a last-minute appointment. Top-notch doc and human being.
