He was direct, honest and took the time to answer our questions, he explained everything and made sure there was an actual plan in place. He was very compassionate and understanding, but only after we impressed upon him the how we felt.

my father was his patient, and he took his time and explained everything that needed to be explained and always checked back to make sure we were ok... he was very thorough and compassionate, and kept us up to date.

Dr Masri was very eager to find an answer, but tactless in his humour and insensitive in his bedside manner. Although a scientist, it wouldn't hurt for a more humane approach to a person's ailment.
