It is very difficult to access service from Dr. Butchey. He is frequently not in the office and no provisions are made for someone else to cover his patients. Aside from physicals, appointments are made on a first come basis each day. This is problematic for working people who do not have access to a phone while working to schedule an appointment. At times it has taken 7 or more tries to get through to book a time. The facility offers no privacy as there is no soundproofing between the examination rooms. You can hear clearly conversations between the doctor and other patients. Some of the staff is unfriendly and always accusing the patient of being wrong if there is a problem with an appointment. Fortunately, I have found another physician who has more experience and expresses a real interest in me as a patient. I would never recommend the Tillsonburg Medical Clinic to anyone.
