Len Kushner
Have had one appointment with Dr. Lesoway. I was informed that a follow up appointment was necessary and that a confirmation of the date and time would be sent to my home address in a couple of days. That was 41 days ago. There has not been any correspondence from the Doctors office to date. I have called and left 3 voice messages none of which have had the courtesy of a reply. Perhaps the professional in this situation believes he is providing service.
