I rate "always punctual" by allowing the doctor the licence to practice within his priorities...and definitely trustworthy with exemplary integrity. If one thinks punctual means on their time-clock one needs a lesson in humanity.

He was awesome! Best doctor in the world and smartest. He has gotten a noble medal from the queen! He was the best he knew how you felt and found out what was wrong within minutes. He is very smart I really do recommend him!
