aucune compassion, refusait de comprendre ma situation en répétant que c'était impossible que mon médecin ait annulé mon rendez-vous et l'ait reporté plusieurs mois plus tard, alors que j'avais besoin de prolonger mon arrêt de travail et que le clsc m'avait envoyé à l'urgence de l'hopital parce qu'ils considéraient que mes idées suicidaires étaient assez sérieuses.
