i find dr phul to be an excellent doctor with the one flaw of ordering so many tests on everyone!!!! lots of calls back to the clinic for results .. he is super helpful but sometimes less is more and more is less i guess

Dr Phul is a kind caring attentive and informative Doctor. He is very thorough and careful closely examining The patients history to ensure a holistic approach is taken. This doctor is supportive and has excellent mannerisms. He is also an intellect and is modern and always learning.

Dr. Phul listens well. He is very caring and thorough. I never feel rushed when attending my appointment. I have been looking for a family doctor for some time and now I have found one.
