pvasdi@niva.com: Did not meet the doctor in person. Her name was on the CAT scan radiology report. It was difficult for me to clearly understand the radiology report on melanoma mets in the lungs. The location seemed to contradict previous CAT scan results. Description implied that the doctor had not read those previous results. I wonder if the doctor had verified the automated transcription to ensure that it did reflect what she intended. The size of the new nodule is not reported. As for many scan reports, syllogistic logic is not applied. I would contact and discuss this with the doctor; however our current system does not enable email or quick contact.
