Lack of knowledge

Is this a real or a fake doctor hired by insurance company to falsely write reports against accident patients? I went there as an accident client waited about 25 minutes before I saw him. There was no other patient waiting. I was called to his office, then he opened a folder and went through it for about 10 minutes then asked me to come to a room with a bed and within 2 minutes of telling me to bend and try touching my toes which was unsuccessful he said that I could go as the exam is finished. His licence needs to be revoked.

Frank

This is how his scam works. He writes the same report for every person he sees. Doesn’t matter if your 18 or 99. Or if you have a fracture or your back hurts a bit. Every report will write you are healthy and have no issue. He’s arrogant and knows that it will be very hard to get his license revoked as 1) His assessment center has lawyers that will protect Him because he’s bringing in a lot of money 2) Doctors in Ontario are self regulated so they wouldn’t want to take the license of one of their own as then this may open a can of warms on themselves down the road 3) he is getting paid by the insurance to state “his opinion”. Therefore he’s not treating you but rather stating his as he would state an “unbiased opinion” He’s not afraid and is making a killing from his fraudulent claims. If you look him up you will find a lot of suspicious things about him. As well insurance companies continue to use him because he’s the perfect scumbag. He doesn’t care about his license or being a decent human being. He basically is saying pay me and I’ll write whatever you want and he has for around 20 years. Insurance company saves money as a lot of honest people get discouraged when they see his report and close the claim. Scumbag doctor and his assessment center that he’s with making millions upon millions of dollars as you are not allowed in Ontario to see his rate of denials. But essentially he is most likely denying anywhere from 99-100 percent of his claimants that he assesses. This is the system we are in and the reason why you do not hear it too much or at all on the news is because the insurance companies have a lot of power and they do not want the average person knowing about this scam. It makes them look bad. That’s why you hear about shady people in the industry on the opposite end of the insurance and never hear about doctors like Dr. Raymond who writes fraudulent reports to make millions every year. Eventually this doctor will get in major trouble but it also can never happen. And at end of the day he probably doesn’t care as he could have retired a long time ago but is most likely a greedy scum bag. Last doctor who was like him died from cancer so in one way or another I feel god will punish him.
