Janet Sutherland
I have known Dr. Osborne since the late 70's. He delivered both of our children. His knowledge, care and attention to our family was superior. Many, many years later we contacted him about a health issue my husband was having and he made time in his busy practice to share his expertise with us. He gets a 5/5 from me.
