Never go to this rude and arrogant so-called doctor again, who is only there as a money-grabber, along with his "wife" who owns the pharmacy, cpap clinic, and cleartone. thieves to the government

Just came back from our first and last appointment with Dr Ng. We waited an hour and half to see this so call specialist. I read the reviews on this site before booking the appointment, since there were only two reviews - one good and one bad, the chance is 50/50. I should have cautioned and went with someone else. After the long wait, his first question was why are you seeing me today? He had no chart, no clue who we were, no results on the hearing test done at his clinic last week. He poked around both ears for 2 seconds then just announced "keep wearing your hearing aid.". He wanted to dismiss us without explanation what is causing the hearing issue. After I asked why is this happening, he said " your ears are deteriorating and nothing to do except for drugs and I am not going to prescribe drugs for you cause it has a lot of side effects ". An hour and half for basically nothing. Thanks.... Go to him if you have lots of time and don't mind not getting a professional opinion.

he is very knowledgeable, even though, we always wish the waiting time could be shorter, however, it is obvious that all staff are trying their best to help. Even though, in such busy clinic, this doctor still takes his time to explain everything for us. The assistants are all very helpful and they explained all the process very carefully and in detailed. Highly recommended.

I am an old patient of Dr Raymond Ng, and as well as my son. My son had his tonsils and adenoid removed by Dr Ng twice at age 9 and 11. Dr Ng even negotiated and compromised with his operation team in the hospital for one last but extra operation on at the end of the day for my son just to relieve his poor young patient from breathlessness which would probably affect his learning at school. What more could I ask for from such a passionate doctor who is willing to stand on my shoe as a parent who worried so much about their little son. I highly recommend Dr Ng who is finding a doctor with heart but not just being friendly and talkative. Dr Ng didn't talk much doesn't mean that he doesn't care about his patients, Please don't get him wrong. Kit Wong
