Just back from General Hospital Hamilton after a very frustrating experience. Booked a surgery with Dr.Bowser several months ago. Was informed to be at the hospital today at 12:30 pm and the surgery was scheduled for 2:30 pm. Was taken to a bed at 1:30 pm and put on intravenous drip. At 6 pm was informed by a nurse that the surgery has been cancelled! The doctor did not even have the decency to apologize for not being able to perform the surgery today. Pathetic experience. Very disappointed!
