Dr Jassal sent me for a myriad of tests, and sent me to a great number of specialists, even though they all came to the same conclusion. His communication skills are extremely frustrating in that he makes a point of constantly reminding you there is something wrong with you. Some of the doctors he referred me to were quite kind and more personable- they made me feel like a human rather than just a number, and they gave me hope of leading a normal life. Dr Jassal was the complete opposite.

I had Dr Jassal look after me at the Grey Nuns Hospital. I went in thinking that I was having a stroke during the night. I can honestly recommend Dr. Jassal for he is warm and very helpful. He explained eveything to me where I could understand the medical aspects. Now he is sending me for more tests. I can see that he wants to look after a patient in great detail.

first time at Glenrose and DR. Jassal and his doctor in training. Throughout the examination the two PRIMARILY engaged in their OWN Q&A TRAINING session BUT...being used as a mannequin AND LISTENING, I learnt alot. JASSEL is quite smart!!!!!!

Dr. Jassal has no bedside manners. He is very rude, has no empathy, and does not care to listen and properly respond to patient's questions. He even scolds the patient for asking 'too many questions' when the patient is terrified of not knowing what has happened to them and is merely trying to understand their diagnosis (because he does a poor job of explaining in the first place). He seems to have good knowledge but without actually caring for the patient and respecting the patient's rights, his skills hardly hold any value. After seeing Dr. Jassal, I left the appointment very upset and disappointed.
