Dr. Jassal has a very poor bedside manner. He is rude and does not take the time to listen or answer questions. He will ask you if you "believe" in his diagnosis and if you do not he will tell you that there is nothing more he can do. There is a difference between believing in a diagnosis and understanding a diagnosis. Perhaps if he took the time to explain the diagnosis one could understand and believe in his diagnosis. I found this doctor to be very unhelpful and I left his office feeling unheard, misunderstood and no closer to understanding my symptoms or the reason for my symptoms.

What an incredible doctor. His beside manner is great and he listened to me and helped me through a difficult decision. He is smart, and was able to explain things to me in a way that conveyed the issues clearly and with empathy.

I went for a Nerve Conduction Test at the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital. This appointment was booked months in advance. I got there and they had no idea who I was at admitting. This should have given me an idea as to what I was looking at in the EMG department. My appointment was at 11am, I sat there for one hour while the doctor went in and out of one office to the next grumbling to himself. He then came out talked to his receptionist, then called me into a consulting room, to then tell me that they called me a week ago, which is incorrect as this appointment was booked months ago. Then he said the other doctor left and they were taking up the slack and that he is sorry but I could sit there longer and he was not going to see me. Well that is very nice of them to waste my time, and money on expensive parking just to tell me that I was an inconvenience to them and that maybe I should rebook. I Will never go back to that hospital, or recommend Dr Rajive Jassal to anyone he has a horrible bedside manner, he was rude and basically made me feel like I was wasting his time. DO NOT go to him....I would never recommend him to anyone......please be referred to someone else or anywhere else beside this clinic.

I did not find my appointment with Dr. Jassal to be of any help in terms of my neurological issue. While he seemed knowledgeable I only spent a few minutes with him, and the rest of the time with his student. At the end of it all Dr. Jassal did not tell me what was wrong, and would not divulge any treatment options other than medication. I'm disappointed that he provided me with such little information about my own condition.

Dr. Jassal diagnosed me with iih when I suddenly developed it and went out of his way to find the care that I needed in order To preserve the vision I had left, he acted fast and he didn't sugar coat anything thing, I would thank him Day in and day out for everything he has done. I would recommend him to anyone he would not stop until he had the appropriate answer.
