Assumed pain and swelling was normal from operation performed ,without physically checking,turned out to be wrong.Medication prescribed was not effective in combatting infection before irrreversable damage was done. Also blood,body chemistry checks not monitored on a constant basis to ensure testosterone /Vitamin D levels at healthy levels. Literature /information supplied to patients badly outdated(10 years old) Office staff help and co-operation rated 10 Plus
