Doctor Victory is The Best Doctor that I have ever been to in my entire life!!! He is very genuine, kind, friendly, caring and helpful. He takes his time with you and answers all of your questions. He makes you feel like you are very important to him. This also applies to his staff. They are all wonderful! As soon as you enter the building you feel welcomed. The office is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It's not crammed, drab, dark or dreary like some other doctor's offices. All of these things make Doctor Victory and his staff the best in my books! Doctor Victory is The Greatest Doctor hands down!!

Dr. Rahi Victory was inconsiderate and provided false information. When I asked about certain risks of medical treatments, he avoided the topic and gave me inappropriate and wrong answers. Avoid at all cost.
