I received excellent care from Dr. Kindeki-Luzingu and Would recommend her to anyone who needs a dedicated Doctor who is willing to take time and listen to her patients' concerns and issues before seeing the next patient. I am saying this because I have also had several other Doctors who do not even take 5 minutes to listen as they only care about how many patients they can see in a day. May God bless Dr. Kindeki-Luzingu as she is one of the best doctors I know!!

She is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Very professional and has very good bedside manners. She listens to her patients carefully and is very good in her diagnosis. I received excellent service from her

Disappointed Family
A family member was admitted to the CSSS Gatineau hospital in Hull and was under the care of Dr. Kindeki-Luzingu for a head trauma. She and her trauma team provided very disappointing care. They did not take into consideration the family's concerns and completely disregarded our requests for information. On repeated occasions during the patient's stay at the hospital, notes of conversations the family had with the various members of the trauma team regarding treatment and diagnosis were not reported on the patient’s file. The family confronted Dr. Kindeki-Luzingu regarding the medication provided to the patient and the doctor's discharge of the patient without notification to the family (which was two days earlier than previously advised by other hospital physicians). During these conversations and subsequently, Dr. Kindeki-Luzingu was difficult to communicate with and borderline deceitful when asked specific questions. The level of care and the bed-side manner of Dr. Kindeki-Luzingu are not acceptable. She did not make efforts to be available to meet with family and even refused to meet us in-person on one occasion; she rather called the nurse's station from another location in the hospital to speak to the family over the phone for approximately a 10-minute conversation. In short, we do not trust the level of care provided by Dr. Kindeki-Luzingu and would not recommend her care.

Je suis très contente et satisfaite des traitements prodigués par Dr. Pierrette Kindeki-luzingu à la clinique Appletree Medical Group. Elle est très gentille et professionnelle. Elle a bien pris soins de moi grâce à son écoute et elle possède beaucoup de connaissances. Je l'a recommande vivement.
