Dr picard is by far worth the 2 hrs drive from Oshawa every 6 weeks for my treatment As well a great support staff and very kind person not one to rush your appointment Now if I could just get him to agree to my treatments down south :)

My daughter sees Dr. Picard and we have always found him to be kind, caring and compassionate. He always listens to our concerns and does his utmost to help her. We feel very lucky to have Dr. Picard as her neurologist.

After over two years of chronic pain and headaches, Dr. Picard was able to provide relief and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I believe him to be a god-send for those of us dealing with these issues.

Good guy.For my case he knew what to do.He helped were all other doctors failed totally.I was ready to give up on trying to regain my mental and physical strength.He was able to clue into my problems very quickly and prescribe drugs with very little side effects.
