I go to the clinic exactly once a year to get my anti-depressants and heartburn medication refilled. I go to school full time at night and work during the day so it's hard to have to wait for hours for something I believe you should be able to do with your pharmacist especially seeing how I've been on these same meds since 2007 and they're non-narcotic. In any case I went today seeing how my school was closed for the election and Dr Boisvert refilled my prescription, it was only upon going downstairs to Brunet I discovered he only refilled my prescription for 5 MONTHS!!! I went back upstairs to plead my case since I really don't have time to be spending hours waiting every few months for this service. He very rudely told me it was non-negotiable, that he doesn't refill prescriptions for a year!!! C'mon you quack, you don't think I know your clinic gets money every time my medicare card is swiped!? Now you can look forward to no longer getting any of my business because next time let me assure you I'll be going elsewhere!
