Potgieter is on an ego trip of unbelievable proportions. He is a very arrogant man who literally has done me harm. I am prepared to state my case to anyone who cares to listen. He ordered an MRI for a Meniscus tear that was totally unnecessary as the surgeon later explained, all he wanted was x-rays. The waiting for the MRI delayed surgery by at least 2 months. He is also bone lazy. WCB repeated requests & paperwork were simply ignored by him or his office for 6 weeks. I finally caught on and pressured his office. Then he buggered off to South Africa on 2 months vacation with no prior warning or notification. I was forced to find another doctor in FSJ who then worked with me, not against me. He is callous, has no empathy for his patient and in my experience - he simply doesn't care. I warn anyone to stay away from this individual-!!!
