My experience with this doctor was a nightmare, he has fabricated false and slanderous information on myself and has made slanderous and false statements against my family and siblings. This all to provide a cover up for another doctor who was negligent in my care. He wrote medical reports making statements and is now backtracking because these statements proves the Negligence on the part of his superior. These are true and factual statements that is documented and was brought to the attention of the CPSO who claimed they were not able to verify but the fact is the CPSO to date have not exercised the Authorizations to Verify permissions I signed in Good Faith. This is a gross case of one doctor covering up for another doctor.

There are Doctors who are in the business of making money first, and then there are the Doctors who actually show care, kindness and concern for their patients well-being.Dr.Moran is from the latter.I can honestly tell you that I owe the man my life-a few times over....I have never been with a Doctor who ALWAYS calls me back,in person, when I am struggling with my bipolar disorder. He is a wealth of information, and is always cheery when he greets you.He PAYS attention and follows up on every little detail. There are many things I have been able to deal with due to his SPLENDID ability to make a sick person fell well again.I owe him a true debt of gratitude. He has been my Doctor since 1997.I left Canada for a time and upon my return,he fit me right back into his schedule. You dont always get this level of care and concern.I hold also a great respect for the man.If you get assigned to Dr.Moran, feel assured that you WILL be feeling better soon.!
