Well, where to start. My husband has been a client of Dr. Iriarte for almost 17 years. She’s consistently overbooked and will never see you even remotely on time, poor to middling grade medical help for ongoing issues, disinterest while you are there, frequently late to work making the backlog even worse, even when you specifically book the first spot, failure to enter your health care info properly into their portal so that when you go to retrieve your requisition to take a blood test…the portal can’t find your info, and you can’t take the test….Then you have to go back to this poor excuse of a doctor to have it rectified (we need it for his surgery coming up next week! The blood test was to be today, Saturday. Now it’s the weekend and your office is closed. When you have a telephone appointment…good luck. This last one she phoned 7 hours late and not an apology to be heard. And despite booking a telephone appointment with specific concerns, do you think she has any idea as to why you need the consult? No. Even in person -appointments she has no idea why you are there. The staff: rude oftentimes, disinterested Stay awayyyy. She’s there to make as much money by cramming as many clients into the day as possible while providing a sub par service while giving you the excuse that ‘it is one of those days’. Paula Iriarte, You’re days are ALWAYS ‘one of those days’z. Shameful
