August 10, 2012. ... I first met Paul in 1988 and unfortunately we lost touch after I left Waterloo in 1990 in order to attend the University of Victoria. It was not untill years later that I actually learned of his passing. I still think of Paul from time to time and reflect on some of our conversations, his personal struggles, and how tragic it was that he died so young. He was a kind and thoughtful person who I will miss and who deserved to live a much longer life. David Calgary Alberta
