I did a lot of research and interviewed a few surgeons before deciding on Dr. Whelan to perform my hernia repair. He is very straightforward, informative and calming. He got me in as quickly as he could allowing me to get the repair done and heal in good time. The surgery went amazing, the incision site was much smaller than I had anticipated and my healing process was fantastic. I was very grateful to have chosen him, and enjoyed him as a person, too. Thanks Dr. Whelan!
