Family in Mourning
My late Mother's last words to Pasquale Farruggia in July 3, 2019 appointment were "If I die, it will be your fault" in Italian and I was present. My Late Mother was misdiagnosed for 10+ years where this incompetent solution was pushing Morphine pills instead of finding out root cause of her pain which confirmed on Sept 5. 2019 was, terminally ill Pancreatic Cancer growing all those years under his negligent care. A legal action has been commenced in medical liability against him. He was reported to Professional order of Quebec physicians which found in my favour of negligence. He has my late Mother's blood on his hands. I miss my beloved Angel Late Mother everyday and it is his fault.

Does not keep good notes I have to repeat myself. Does no examination in the office for the RAMQ renumeration FEE.

I am in the medical profession for many years, and I can confirm that Dr. P. Farruggia is the worst Family physician ever encountered. He has zero knowledge in the latest medical advancements in health care. Prescribes wrong medication and has made serious mistakes. SINCERELY, IDO NOT RECOMMEND.
