Partha Acharyya was educated in Calcutta in India of the 1970's. It is really unbelievable that the Brampton Civic hospital considers this conceited jerk, qualified to be dealing with Canadian born and schooled ( naturalized ) citizens. OHIP failure.

Yes. There are a few like this at the Brampton Civic. "You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can not fool all of the people all of the time."

Useless. This guy doesn't even cover the basics. Doesn't test for anything. Total fraud. Is this what people are paying OHIP for? We are getting ripped off here. Ripped off, short changed.
