She is an amazing physician, very professional and knowledgeable. She took care of me as if I was a family member. In short, she is all you could wish for in a physician. She will be a great emergency physician when she id done her training.

Dr. Noura Labib was very dismissive and cold to what I had to say, and didn't perform any physical tests. As a result she misdiagnosed me as having a flareup of a pre-existing injury when in reality I required emergency surgery for Cauda Equina Symdrome. When I finally was able to see her after 6 hours of waiting in agony at Joseph Brant hospital, she sent me home after giving me a shot of Toradol, an Ativan, and a prescription for Naproxen. Because of this considerable mistake, I was forced to endure hours of needless pain and suffering, as well as having to pay for another ambulance trip to the hospital. There is no excuse for treating a patient this poorly, and I hope no one has to ever experience the disgraceful treatment that "Dr." Noura Labib provided me. Truly, a sad example for the profession. I am glad to say that I'm out of Hamilton General Hospital now, where the surgery was performed and doing well. I could have been paryzed if I hadn't had the wherewithal to return to the hispital mere hours after being seen by her in order to receive proper care and treatment. There are no words to express the anger and outrage I feel towards this doctor.
