I waited 9 months for a biopsy appointment on my thyroid in Kingston with no reply My Dr referred me to Nita and she saw me in 2 weeks I found her very caring and even though the biopsy came back negative she did not give up on me She had me come every 6 months and have an ultrasound on my thyroid to keep an eye on it. My right side of my thyroid kept growing and although another biopsy was negative she decided to take out the right side. When the pathology report came back I had a rare medullary thyroid cancer. She was so caring she told me she was sending me to a cancer surgeon that had dealt with this cancer before and she got me an appointment right away. Had it not been for this wonderful caring person I would not be writing this now. There is no cure for this cancer and she did everything she could to help me I will always be grateful to her.

Laura Bargain
Have a appointment and wait for 3 hours. She said she missed me. A student asked me few questions and Doctor Scherer came after, she didn't know if I had a san (I had one made by the hospital as the doctor always ask for one befor making a appointment) so she was not prepared , didn't know about my file, was not sure about my hearing problems, I was supposed to have a test for a paroxysmal positional vertigo Benin as I was refered by the hospital ,but she told me to call back the Clinic for another appointment as she does not make this test herself.... She is really unhelpful and inconsiderate . I came at 9 am and left at 12 without having been auscultation. Very, very poor service Another thing, she is supposed to be fluent in both English and French, she is not....
