I have not had to see Dr. Logarakis for a couple of years, but I can honestly say that during several years of seeing him, I found him to be totally professional, open to listening to me as a patient, and an excellent doctor in his field.

What Does He Care
This Dr is terrible and rude, performed surgery on my dad who has alzimers and was very mean and inconsiderate. Has no people skills and now after surgery has a major infection thanks Dr Idiot

As simple as, how Dr. Logarakis was allowed to practice medicine? I took my father to see Dr. Logarakis after he got infected when he was scheduled for kidney CT scan at Scarborough hospital (it was clearly a hygiene issue with this hospital since he went through the same procedure at North York general with no issues). Within the first minute of seeing Dr. Logarakis for the first time, he informed us that he will schedule my father for a surgery explaining that my father has prostate cancer. He did not provide any valid reason for his diagnosis to the point I had to reject his surgery appointment before having more examinations so we could have better knowledge of the situation. A month later the results came negative; yet Dr. Logarakis insist on having a surgery but now due to prostate enlargements (my father was still on catheter at this time). Again we refused his conclusion and went and had a 2nd opinion with Dr. Hajek. After 2 weeks with prescribed antibiotics and anti-inflammatory, my father was back to normal (catheter free) and no surgery is needed. In conclusion; I seriously question his integrity and his professionalism.

Dr Logarakis did a prostate surgery followed by three other correctional procedures and I have suffered over two months until I switched to another Urologist. I am feeling lot better now. I have not come across any doctor who is so rude and unsympathetic to patients.
