Dr Bédard is my doctor since about 15 years. I was very satisfied with his services before but since 3 or 4 years, the situation has changed for the worst. Seems to be at the clinic only a few days per month so very difficult to get an appointment and when you have one, it is often cancelled at the last minute and you are not offered a new one. My last 2 appointments were cancelled. You really feel that he does not care or respect his patients. And I doubt very much that he takes the time to look at the results of the tests. The staff is not particularly friendly or helpful. I now consider that I do not have a doctor and will look in the private clinics for better care. Sad.

Over the years it has gotten real hard to see him and when you do you feel like he is trying to get rid of you quickly. Months before you can get an appointment. Staff unresponsive and lack of listening. Welcome to our health system in Gatineau.
