Dr Tran has been the treating Doctor of my mother (aged 96, residing in a Eldercare center / CHSLD in Montreal), since 2006. Over the years, we have come to appreciate greatly his medical competence and his kind compassion. Dr Tran has never failed to answer promptly to my calls, on behalf of my mother, asking him to help look into her conditions when lasting too long for no apparent reasons, or into an unpredictable / inexplicable ailment. Dr Tran is known in our community as an experienced and conscientious family doctor. He is also known to take his time for making careful exams and investigations of the condition at hand, before establishing his diagnostic and providing an appropriate treatment and follow-up. He also deals respectfully with the nursing staff who, in return, offers him their good cooperation. Using his language skills and fluency in Chinese and Vietnamese on top of French and English, Dr Tran also takes his time to communicate with his patients and to talk to their family members. By so doing, he contributes to alleviate considerably the anxiety of his patients and the worries and concerns of their family members. My mother is blessed to have Dr Tran as her treating doctor for so many years and I am grateful for his compassionate care for my mother and his kind concern for my peace of mind as to her well being.
