A most inconsiderate and disrespectful person. Incomplete examination of my father. Proceeded to complete lab test requisition form without ever verifying that tests had already been performed two weeks prior, as per request. Inattentive and obviously uncaring. Furthermore the attending receptionist was discourteous and unpleasant. She was throwing files into a pile in a most careless fashion. It was obvious that she was not pleased to be there.

excellent doctor but almost impossible to obtain a rendez-vous, I was Schedule for august 2016 , i was told last year by him that I may need a pacemaker back in august 2015 and he wanted to see me in august 2016, now I am told there is no possibility before april 10, 2017 what a beautiful service we have in quebec, I will try to find another cardilologist which is not an easy task, regards Claude Dagenais
