Terrible terrible experience!!!! First I waited a year and a half to even see him(pilonidal cyst) said to call when I got my next flare up, which was 6mths after first appt., could not get ahold of him for 3 weeks his secretary is the worst secretary in the world. Had ups back to back it would start to heal and then another would come. So finally got ahold of his secretary, she made an appt, at the hospital and of course he said surgery, which I knew from the er dr from my first visit as he said it was bad and big. When isaw dr gagic he said a month or two for surgery, well I waited 4.5. Did not speak to or see him before my surgery or after, I still have no idea how big it was how many stitches there is nothing.!!!!everything I know about pilonidal I read myself it, right from the types of surgery to recovery times. He informed me of nothing in this whole time I've seen him for maybe 10min combined worst experience evr with him and his secretary. Also called 3rd night post op due to horrible pain and was told ohh he's not around can't do anything for you
