My wife and I met Dr. Gupta for the first time at a SMH function. During the course of our conversation we mentioned that we had some concerns about having a high pressure in my eyes . High pressure has always been the norm for me so,I,thought nothing of it. However Dr Gupta imediately said to get a referral and book an appointment for an examination which we did. It turned out that early stage glaucoma had been missed in previous assements and i am now being treated. I would recomend Dr Gupta highly for her professionalism, her proactive approach and her thoroughness . We were both extremely impressed and glad she identified a potential problem on the spot.

Dr Gupta has performed several surgeries for my husband's Glaucoma. He had advanced Glaucoma and was considered to be a high risk candidate, and his former ophthalmologist recommended that my husband have a non FDA approved experimental surgery. We visited UK and U.S ophthalmologists and were referred to Dr Gupta by Dr Robert Ritch, a world renowned ophthalmologist based in New York. My husband has retained his vision and his sight is improving, and does not take any medication after the surgeries. There is no possible way of thanking her. I think she is the best ophthalmologist in Canada. Her assistant Lara is very kind, always cheerful and efficient.
