She was the worse doctor I've seen. She told me when I get really sick and in a lot of pain come back to emerge because I will get really sick. Lazy doctor. Doesn't want to test for anything. I was mad

Never in my life have I been so humiliated or treated so poorly by a medical professional.

I was at emerg this morning with my son due to an ocular emergency (he lost sight in one of his eyes). After waiting for 2 1/2 hours in a room and watch "Dr Alex" talk to staff on a personal level and take the husband of of nurse that works there for his back pain prior to seeing my son I questioned one of the nurses about where my son was on the cue. Dr Alex felt it necessary to lecture me about the "rules of hospital cue". I stopped her after listening to her condescending tone and explained that my son was the patient and could she please focus her attention on him. She instead continued to lecture me when my son intervened. Dr Alex then stepped out of the room to have a nurse be present in the room at which point her professionalism returned. We are not violent nor was she threatened in any way. She is a brutal doctor and has been charged once before for her unprofessionalism. She needs to have her licence taken.

This doctor treated my daughter twice. My daughter was very ill and this doctor decided it was all in her head and tried to prescribe anxiety meds the first time and dismissed her concerns the second. I was with my daughter the second time and argued with the doctor about her dismissive attitude and gave up when I realized she just wasn't going to do anything to help. After leaving the emergency untreated, my daughter went to a nearby er and was admitted and received a blood transfusion, saline and tests to determine the cause of her health decline. Dr Alexieva should not be practicing medicine. She is a danger to her patients. She even lied on my daughters chart saying she checked things she didn't. If she had, she would have seen just how sick my daughter was. I will be following up on this and I encourage anyone with similar experiences to do the same.
