I attended NYG ER last week to have a specialist look after a huge and active cyst on my top shoulder. Met with Dr. Natalie Wolpert, and after sizing up the situation, said; "I'll clean it out and see if I can remove the sac it's contained in. What a relief to hear. Dr. knew exactly what to do, as she commented on putting me at ease and explaining her progress. It took her 15 min. total (incl. prep) to remove the fully contained cyst. With hands of an Angel she was precise and with much success. Her work was interesting to watch and see 'excellence' at work.
