Very terrible service. Called me for my first appointment after 7 months from the date of referal and then gave me a morning our when I work and didn't want to change the time when I asked them to change the appointment time. They said the appointments can be any day Monday to Friday but only at 11;30 am. I work that time and can't go to my appointment. So which means I can't see the psychologist. And no any other psychologist take new pationts in Windsor. I have a panic anxiety disorder and major depression and this is how I get taken care of. They are literally telling me that No one is going to help me. And I have to live like this with my 2 children and husband.
