She Googles your problem right in front of you! I do that at home before I trouble a doctor. So frustrating. Waste of time. The reason we see doctors is for their knowledge and expertise.

Dr. Letwin is a great family doctor. She takes the time to listen to her patients concerns, and has a terrific bedside manner. The one and only improvement I would like to see, is a greater sense of confidence to make a diagnosis herself, rather than relying, as much, on refering patients to other doctors as often. Other than that, Dr. Letwin is a fantastic family doctor and I would highly recommend her.
