This provider is indifferent, careless. Not the slightest shadow of compassion for her patients. Constantly late. She believes that her time is much more important than the time of very sick people. Very poor bedside manners. She does her job as she works under duress. Her appearance deserves special attention. The doctor must be dressed professionally. This healer is dressed like a cheap street girl. To deal with very sick people and to dress not according to her age, not according to her status, not according to her figure, to expose her crooked legs.., not the first freshness of her shoes. She never wash hands between patients. Also, her medical advice leaves much to be desired. If you have the opportunity and choice, please choose another doctor.

Dr. Roa has been a superhero for me. I was feeling very weak and lost interest in many of the things I had enjoyed before. My former nephrologist was not ready to start me on dialysis. He had told me over and over again that I would start within six months. After two years I knew I needed another opinion. When I called St. Joseph’s satellite dialysis clinic I was greeted in a very friendly way with much needed information. I met Dr. Roa shortly after that first phone call. She looked at my blood work and questioned why I was not already on dialysis. I started peritoneal dialysis within two months of my first phone call. There is no question that Dr. Roa saved me and kept me out of the emergency room (which would have been a very different medical path). She is always professional and personable. I find her knowledgeable, and the clinic is well run and responsive. I recommend that anyone looking at dialysis consider peritoneal dialysis. It seems easier that hemodialysis. All the best, Jason
