I seen Dr Borthwick in Emergency. He was very thorough and took 2 samples to be sent away for testing. Was good at explaining things. If I was looking for a Dr or if he was accepting patients I would go see him.

I spent some time at the Kamloops ER today and would like to thank Dr. Borthwick for his efficiency and kindness and for taking the time to explain things to me. I think he was stressed and tired but it did not reflect his interaction with me.
